How it works is simple.


  • 1 Take a test drive: Sign up for our new client special – 2 weeks of unlimited classes to get a feel for our unique style, flow and delivery of our classes. This is a great way to see if our schedule works with your schedule. 2 weeks activates when you book your first class.
  • 2 Your First Day: Come in with a towel & water bottle. Let instructors know of any injuries/modifications. Prepare to sweat at your own pace. Take a few classes so you get used to the unique style, flow and delivery of our classes.
  • 3 Choose what works for you: Continue with class pack options or monthly membership options.
  • 4 Waitlist: Join the waitlist for any full class. You will be notified via email or text if you get a spot!

Know Before You Go


If you need to cancel a class, you have 4 hours before class to do so. If you miss the window, you will either lose a class from your package or you’ll be charged a no-show fee of $15. If the class is waitlisted and your late-cancel prevents someone from getting in off of the waitlist, you will be charged $15 in addition to losing a class from your package.

Waiting List

If you are not present at the start time of class, your spot may be given to someone who is on standby or on waiting list. If you put yourself on the waiting list, you are responsible for that spot if you get in. Please remember to remove yourself from the waiting list if you don’t intend on taking the spot. Email us if you need help.

No Long Contracts

We’re confident you’ll be hooked. Just give us 10-days-notice if you need to freeze or change your month-to-month option. Choose what is best for you — monthly options to keep you accountable, or flexible class packs.

We offer signature PSF Conditioning classes that are designed to take you to your edge in a way that builds confidence, strength, endurance and improve your mobility. We program intense strength-focused classes that safely bring your muscles to fatigue while raising your heart rate. Your coach will guide you, motivate you and challenge you. All classes can be modified or amplified depending on your fitness level, but you will leave stronger and wanting more!
